I can get people to sign up, I can't get them to be active.

if you have received payment already, which i believe you must have based on your ratings, that would be a good starting point.

I've posted mine on my LJ. Try including it in email signatures, in message board signatures and such.

I am curious to know too. I dont even know where to look for referrals, or who to ask. I have posted my link on a couple of random messages boards, but no luck.

I have referrals they are just not active. They sign up and then disappear.

All you can do is encourage them by telling them how much fun you are having and making money doing it. The rest is up to them. I only have one referrel. I do everything on my own.
