What is the cause if continues use of althea pills without 7 days rest?

Can continues use of althhea pills can stop my menstrual cycle? Because i have finished the one pack of the 21 days pills and now for the second pack, only 3 pilss left but i did not have any menstruation... what can be the cause of the delay of my monthly cycle?
