Whenever I start a job usually tend to be there as long as the company is, but in my last two jobs I just had to go. The job before my last job I worked for a year, but I resigned because they changed the pay and I was barely making $300 every two weeks. Then the one after that one I worked for the county, but they kept changing my schedule and I couldnt find baby sitters in enough time. As a mother of two children I cant leave my children at home by themselves, as my supervisor had suggested one day.

Hi there Sunbelt 2009! I guess we don't all have the luxury to be choosy when it comes to work. More often, we work because of its necessity. The last job that I had was being a secretary in a law firm. There's just a lot of hanky panky going on and my boss doesn't treat me as should be treated and asks me to do things that are beyond my job description. I just had to leave.

Dear friend, My last job I left only because the period of being their have been over, it has been on temporary basis, as the actual person arrived I had to go back. I working in an insurance agency as customer service executive. There was no problems in work and other office matters. If the actual person did not arrived they were also willing to extend my job.

Because the organisation I was working for were not treating the fairly, basically I think they wanted to get rid of me anyway so they made my time and was so bad that I automatically resigned so they wouldn't have to pay me any compensation. But I am so glad that I left a long time ago, they just have no integrity at all.
