What are your concerns when applying a job?

What do you usually consider when you are applying a job aside from the fact of making it sure that what you are applying is something that you have been studied. Are you concern about the place, distance, the cost of transportation, benefits, salary, name of the company and it's reputation, ambiance inside the workplace, cleanliness or anything else? In my case I am particular in terms of the accessibility of the place so that it could be easy for me to get in place. If the place is not accessible I usually find it hard to go there especially during heavy typhoons. Aside from that I am also conscious of what would be the transportation costs. Ambiance and the cleanliness of the workplace is my another concern so that I would feel comfortable when I am working especially when I have to do it over time. As an artist sometimes I really have to work over time until next day to finish the deadline. Salary is my concern as well so that I could feel if that is much worth.

I worry a lot I worry about whether they think will be good enough job, I worry whether I will better manage the job and I worry about is whether I can get out of it in case every one there is not or if it is a horrible job!

Seems that you worry that much huh? But of course that is just normal. I am worrying as well when I am applying a job though I still find to have the opportunities.

ya i get concerned with the salary , place, distance and many other things related to jobs and we have to feel positive while applying jobs

I am also concerned with that matter as well. I can say it is not worth with the low salary according to the distance and travel. Oftentimes we have to be practical as well for our basic needs. In the first place what is the sense of working if we are already spending too much in transportation and food allowance as well.

My main concern would always be the location and the convenience of public transportation of the workplace, next to of course the position opened for application. I am always concerned about this because i have had experiences with company places not being accessible, especially if i would go home late =( I would of course consider the benefits, retirement plan, salary, growth in career next to my would be job description.

hi, before i apply for a job i will always check first the salary,the location,the attire or if it has uniform need to wear and the last is if they allow long hair and gays to work in there company.

To be honest I am also particular with uniform. I applied in SM for graphic artist but when I see their uniform I don't like it because it is mini skirt.

I give more priority to place, and distance from home means how far my office from home. I also try to research that how much and when increments are possible in this company if i join this company. One more face the work should be of my interest, and company environment and standard should be cool. Salary is also the major issue obviously. Thanks. Happy Mylotting.

That is totally normal. Actually when I don't really feel the company then I would ask high rate even that is impossible because that is the sign that I don't like to work with them. But when it is accessible then that could be the time that I would lower it down.
