what is your favorite movie and why?

hi!My favorite movie is charlie and the chocolate factory. Since I am a chocolate lover I really appreciate the movie. Jhonny depp was very good on his character there and I think its one of the funniest roles he played.The movie was fun adn at the same time it gave some points to learn.. what about you?

Hey, Eljayo. My favourite movie is Pirates of the Caribbean - The Curse of the Black Pearl; oddly enough, also starring Johnny Depp. I appreciate the movie not only for it's fantastic script and high production values, but also for its general (quite sinister) pirate theme. There arn't many movies that aim to fill what I now consider to be a niche in today's film industry. I also really enjoyed Lucas Art's series of 'Monkey Island' video games, which I played some years prior to the release of the film, from which the plot of the Pirates of the Caribbean storyline is rumoured to be loosely based. Pirate-themed games and movies have always captured my interest and imagination, and I can't wait for the new Pirates of the carribean movie due out this year.

hi freshmilk! I like that movie too, the effects and so is the story was great, thats why it was really a box office movie. I watched the lastest pirates of the caribbean .It was funny since jack sparrow is already the lead actor.You should watch it.
