My husband and I are very conscious about our health. When I was younger, I don't eat too much fatty food and high in cholesterol because I would like to maintain my figure. My husband is a fitness instructor and he also keeps his body in good shape. As parents, we also cook the best food and choose food that will benefit our kids to get fully nourished. We believe that being healthy is the best way to enjoy our life longer. Are you conscious about your health??

Yes, I am very much consious of my health. As I grow older, and I am even more conscious. I am very careful with fatty foods, for one thing, just like you. One thing that I suffer from when I take fatty food is gaut. Gaut is very painful. Another item I stay away from is coconut. I am very sensitive to coconut, any thing that has coconut in it. If I take it, my blood pressure shoots up within minutes.

However I am also very conscious about my health. I m single and never follow any compulsory routine to maintain. I always eat any food that i like to have but at the same time I also make sure that this food can't create any problem to my fitness.
Balance food and physical hard works with good sleep, these three things are best for a normal fitness.

I always try to be. I eat healthy, I lve veggies and fruit ALOT so that helps. I like to buy fresh from the farmers markets they have every wednesday and saturday here in my town. I am partial to Kale. To me it is a MUST HAVE staple, it is VERY healthy. I make a Kale avocado salad. All you do is get Kale cut the middle stem out after washing, cut up the leafs into bites squeeze one lemon on the Kale in a bowl, add about a tbs of olvie oil (you can eyeball) then add one avocado.... this is where it gets fun...... Clean hands!! Begin to "massage" or "wring" together till mixed and and the avocado chunks are no longer visible. at this point you can add what ever "salad" toppings you want like seeds or nuts, tomato, onion or scallions, bell pepper or whatever you like.. Let chill in fridge for 20min before serving.
As far as exercising I do lo impact yoga. I had an injury awhile back and cannot do regular exercising.
