B1G1 Coupons

I've been hearing alot about people getting free stuff from grocery stores with buy 1 get 1 free deals but i always get those coupons in the mail so do I just save them and wait for the store to have a buy 1 get sale then go in and use my B1G1 coupon (before the exp date of course :) so I get it free? I hope this makes sense...

I use the ones that come in the mail, magazines, news papers and I print from coupons.com. It saves alot of money. but just make sure to check the coupon policy of each store you go to. Have fun!!
