So here I go once more trying to lose weight. I don't want to think too much about it but I want to be successful this time. Yes, this time and which time might this be, maybe my 15th attempt. I will keep trying until I reach my goal. I am not giving up. I am going to try again. How will I start this time and how will I keep up my motivation, curb my appetite, and not become a hungry grouch? Well, I am going to this time with good old fashioned water, plain old h2o. I have it all planned out. I figure that I am supposed to drink eight glasses per day which is roughly about 64 ounces. I plan to double that amount but right now I am starting off with about 90 ounces. I have a 30 ounce tumbler so that means I only need to drink 3 of them per day.
Some of the best things about water is that it is calorie free, hydrates your body, and supports digestive health. The last item is very important because the water will begin to cleanse and rid the body of waste, don't want to be be too graphic, and help flatten your tummy. You might have to stay close to the bathroom for the first couple of weeks until your body gets used to the extra water. But no worries you will be well on the road to being cleansed and starting a healthier lifestyle. This is one small change that I plan to make as I begin again on my new journey. Let me know how drinking more water works for you.

Everyone should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. I drink much more than that, but I live in a hot climate. Be sure to eat salt if you drink a lot or your electrolytes will go out of balance.
