What are the ways you are doing in order for you to cure your migraine or headache without taking medicine?
Because sometimes being dependent in medicine is not good in our health anymore. That is why we are doing other ways in order for us to cure our illness it could be by sleeping, drinking lots of water and so on.
In my case I am eating hot soup especially the lucky me Jampong since I find it effective. Otherwise it could be softdrinks, hot tea, and sleeping. Well it depends on the kind of illness but it usually work for me.

For a strong headache I drink plenty of water and take in lots of fresh air. I relax as much and possible and clear my head with some fragrance that is for people with a cough and cold. When my nose is blocked I can get a headache. If my headache is severe like a migraine I lay down and rest. I did this on PE mats in the school library and on the field at lunchtime. The care taker let me know when it was time to go back inside. Amazingly the rest got rid of my headache.

I have different ways to help fight a migraine. These bad headaches are caused by dilation of blood vessels between the nose and the brain. Sometimes a sinus rinse helps with the pressure. I also will drink hot liquids then take a warm bath and put my ears under water. When they pop that takes the pressure off some then I will put Vaporub across where it hurts and lay down in a dark room. Often I do end up needing medicine as these headaches spike my blood pressure and heart rate. I will get a shot and they make me sleep all the next day, but the headache will be gone.

Migraines are NO fun but I try to combat them the natural way. One thing that I must have, although some wouldn't consider it natural, is to have one cup of coffee everyday. This ritual helps me. Getting plenty of rest is also essential for me avoiding debilitating migraines. I have also begin to study natural foods that can help. I eat walnuts because they are supposed to help with dilating the blood vessels that constrict during a migraine attack. I have been doing this for about a month and I am off the the migraine medication due to heart palpitations.
