Are you kind of person that would really yelling whenever you are angry or you can at least control your temper by being calm when talking towards a person however you are already angry?
Why do you tend to shout towards other people when you are angry?
Have you tried to control it? Then what is the effect of doing that?

I am that kind of person sometimes, but I really try not to be. I write a lot which really helps me control my anger. When I'm mad and want to start yelling I just open my journal and write out all my feelings and it really helps a lot. I recommend you do that if you're the kind of person who tends to yell or get angry a lot. it helps. Then you can face the situation a bit later and work out the problem in a much more normal less angry kind of way.

Oh! I have that as well. I have the starbucks journal that I can collect stickers every November then I can avail the planner for free. And now I am writing my reflections and thoughts everyday including the activities that I have done for that day. Yeah in my case it is way effective that I can write my thoughts and anger. Now the journal was really full of my reflection. It helps me to relieve a little bit when I can't control my anger.

Best ways to control your temper are:-
1. Self acceptance - learn to accept what you are and not what you want to be .
2. Self introspection - Introspect yourself daily
3. Meditation - Practice regularly any meditation technique which bring your mind to a calm state and keeps your mind and body relaxed

Well,as for me, I find sometimes it difficult to control my temper, especially when there is a quarral about some affairs between my girlfriend and me.For example, the day before yesterday, she said that I always looked at some other pretty girls, but I thought I didn't do that.I found it rather hard to explain something in our daily life. The result was that both of us got angry, and didn't say a word to each other until she asked me to help her washing some clothes today as she had something wrong with her health.
So in my opinion,it is necessary for all of us to keep calm whenever something unexpected happens.Rationality should always come first.

There are times that I can't stay calm so it is either I am going to cry or yell at the person that I totally hate.
