How to Increase Height

Hi the one of my proposes is to sport something like basketball or something with a lot of jumps.I have personaly experience with basketball and in my oppinion it can help you.Also you can try some stretch exercises on the rod but i'm not sure for this with thinking that you increase only your lenght of hands.

It Depends on your age. At a certain age we all stop growing.
