Tell me is it mere confusion of society? late/lack of implementation of the law? or a human's nature to act oppositely on some common and very basic rules? Here are few of them:
1. Don't put your garbage here: Usually a place having tons of trashes
2. No Pissing here: A Place that stinks and flooded by pee
3. Do not enter, One Way road: Accident prone because of collision by two vehicles moving in reverse.
