Hi guys, I am looking for a website or two where I can get paid to be a content writer. I am a member of both Squidoo and HubPages, but I am looking more for something where I can have a steadier income for my writing. Anyone have suggestions?

I would agree with the others about Textbroker though lately the pickings are slim. Associated Content is another one but sadly I make about 2 dollars a month on that site. I have to look for others too. Sometimes Mylot will have some writing tasks too. 2 years ago I made over 600 dollars on mylot in just a few months through all their writing tasks but sadly those are few and far between lately. They have also greatly reduced what they pay for them too. Right now I take what I can get and always keep looking for new sites. Good luck to all of us! :)

Textbroker is a site that brokers freelance jobs. You must take a test to be accepted, and how you score will determine how much you get paid. My daughter likes it. I have not written there although I am approved.

I second Textbroker. I write for them sometimes and am always pleasantly surprised at how the money adds up.
