Hi there and a warm welcome to myLot.
Earnings are updated every 24 hours but not your clock hours but myLot's server time. Look at the bottom of this page. When that clock says 00:00, it will be myLots's 12 midnight. So anything up until midnight you will see the update tomorrow between 8am to 10am - myLot's time.
Do keep in mind that myLot is a discussion site in which quality is the key. You earn for what you do and I earn for what quality I do. In other words when you start a discussion, and I respond with quality you did not earn, I did because I typed a quality response. You will only earn from your discussion if you come back and comment back to me with a quality response. Which means saying thank you for the response is not quality and not allowed.
Because you are asking this question, it appears you would have seen it in the FAQ and the do and do not. Therefore, do take a moment and review them because this way you do not waster efforts.

wow i just learn a few things today thanks you but another question what`s the average of money i can earn in 1 day and if i earn 1 dollar as example the money is instant transmit to my paypal account? sorry about my bad english level

No one can actually say what the average is because the earnings, though limitless is solely dependent on your participation. There are many factors involved. For instance if you and I responded to the same topics, how I respond and you differs in both quality and content. Spending the same amount of time means difference in both the quality and content as well.
As for the earnings, they automatically get transferred to our PayPal on or about the 12th - 15th of each month, provided you meet the $10 minimum or more. Earnings are from the very first of the month through the very last day and again transferred on or about the 12 or 15th of the following month.
Make sure you list your PayPal information in your Account up in the Preference tab on the top of the page.
Do read the FAQ and it will explain it in detail.

Welcome to mylot,I am the new one ,too.
As I know, you can response discussions and start discessions to earn money,BUT IT Seems that it you start a discussion,it can make money only when it gets 2 or more responds,and you shoulid start or respond careful,you can't just thinking about making money,it's a very good place,people can talk what they want to share with others,and people like me can practice English.
I use the mylot about qone week,and I earn 0.4 dollars, I don't care how much money Iearn ,I just feel happy.

I provided helpful information below and though I drop here so that you are aware also. We would never earn for responses anyone applies to our discussions. Do keep in mind that we ONLY earn for what we do and you earn for what you do.
In other words, you responded to this discussion and the discussion starter is not earning, you are because you applied a quality response. I did also so I also earned.
Unless the discussion starter comes back to apply a comment with quality content the member will not earn.
Key to myLot is that it is a discussion forum and therefore, I earn for what quality I type and you earn for what quality you type.
