How ideas come to you?

often ideas come from mistakes, usually when i play world of warcraft or when i create he name of any character i wait like 5 minutes and i get a pretty cool name, here i leave a few names: -arathors -keithalas -zafiron -raknos in conclusion ideas do not come without reason you have to think like them, get into his world, for example your creating a book and you never finished just finish it, you already done the hardest part which is to get the ideas, is just your turn to organize them, but sometimes you have too many ideas and you dont know how to start, just spend some time xD (sorry for y low level of english)

i guess we're in the same boat. i've been writing all those ideas for about 3years now, all i have are rough draft notebooks. i cant seem to find the right ways to connect them although they're all based in one streaming idea of a novel. i cant empty my mind when it comes to these ideas, in fact they're always flooding, so searching for ideas is not a problem, my problem is how to put them together, hehe

Dear friend, I have no intention to write any books now, may be if I get better ideas I may try. Moreover I do not feel I am a good writer. But being in mylot I had got many ideas that was contributed by mylotters. Moreover many of dicussion really helped a lot in change my way of thinking. May it has given a self development.
