BUTTERED HOT RUM Ingredients Butter: 1 small slice Vanilla Essence Dark Rum: 309 xcml, Boiling water, Brown Sugar: 1 teaspoon, Nutmeg, Cinnamon Method Mix butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla essence until creamed. Place one teaspoon into a serving glass, pour dark rum and boiling water into serving glass and mix well.

BRONX Ingredients Gin: 3 parts, Orange Juice: 1 part, Dry Vermouth: 1 part Method Shake all the ingredients well, strain and serve in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.

The Absinthe Cocktail 1.5 oz absinthe, .75 oz water, .25 oz anisette, 1 dash orange bitters.

Genuite Absinthe Drip Pour 1.5 oz of absinthe in a drip glass or old fashioned cocktail glass, placing a cube of sugar in a drip spoon and pour cold water to fill. Wait until the water has dripped through before drinking.

CORPSE REVIVER BRANDY Ingredients Brandy: 30 ml, Rosso Vermouth: 15 ml, Calvodos: 15 ml, Ice Method Pour all ingredients into shaker, shake, then strain into serving glass.
