how to develope an attractive character?

hello every Lots,i am a college student of DMU. And recently, there is a question that always trouble me. Since i am a squadron leader,i need to deal with many different things and people.Some of them have told me that i didn't got a attractive character,so that many times when i organized certain activities ,there are only few people will attend it .so i just want to got some idea and advice from you that what kind of character that is full of glamour and how i can develope myself to be that man . Or you can just list what i should or need to do.Looking forward to your replies .
