What do you do to maintain your health without medicines?

No its not possible to be healthy with diet only.Because besides diet you need to do physical work in the ratio of fats you take.People don't do physical work in that ratio & accumulate fat and unnecessarily cholesterol level increases causing heart strokes in future. But food habits also do matter much.

I think it takes diet as well as exercise. It's a matter of developing healthy lifestyle habits. I also think that my blood pressure is controlable by diet. I have pretty much proven that actually! But I also exercise. I am actually doing more of that as I need to lose about 15 pounds!

The basics - good nutrition including lots of water, proper exercise, enough sleep/rest, staying out of stressful situations. It is possible to be healthy with good diet as long as you get loads of fruits and vegetables from which the essential vitamins and nutrients will come from. Of course, it would be better if it is coupled by those I mentioned earlier.

Of course not, diet is not the only way. Of course eating healthily is very important but would you do with your body is also very important, for example regular exercise, staying out of harms way, regular stretches and not sitting in front of the computer for several hours at a time all help towards a healthy lifestyle.

I take a balanced diet, take some physical exercise, never run after earning money and always try to stay away from worries and anxieties. All these have helped a lot to maintain a sound health for me without any medicines.

A big part would be a healthy lifestyle: moderate drinking, no smoking, regular exercise and so forth. Also important is your hygiene long with the cleanliness of your immediate surroundings.
