Hello everyone,
I have few referrals who use to be my friends in virtual life. I invited them to joined mylot and brought them in as my referrals. Its fun to have some friends and share with them our ideas and share their views too.
We are communicating by means of email and phone calls. Although sometimes we can't often respond to each and every discussions either both we still have to discuss that topic through email.
I am so grateful having my friends as referrals and its makes me less hard raising up my earning a bit by their help and participation. A have a few who were active and I'm trying to attend every of their discussions but of course I can't make it sometimes and so I was so sorry for them. I can say we are not just working for our earning but we were joined mylot as friends and can be a good place developed closeness of friendship.
How about you my fellow myLotters? How many of your referrals doing with you here in mylot?
I'd love to hear from you..

Hi there,
Try sending them a pm and maybe they will get it in their email alert. Give them a welcoming message and how they are doing and provide some nice tips. This is usually what I do, though it does not always work, but from a recent discussion I read a member here did the same and two years later the member she sent it to responded and is now doing well here on myLot. So it could be at the time they signed up too much was going on and they were not able to dedicate the time to myLot.
Maybe after your friendly PM they may just comeback to say hello, and you can take it from there. Good luck and so worth a try.

It is nice to have some referral friends. When we commenting and taking part in discussion, when they are around, it is really a fun. Unfortunately, I don't have much of friends here in myLot as referral ones. I have forwarded only limited friends and they didn't even mind to open what it is. Friends are friends and they are ok with it. In fact I am scared of referrals as I had so much of bitter experience due to certain other referrals. However, I don't find any much issue with myLot. Still, if people have such bad experience, it is a common tendency to evaluate the bad experience with even the good once also.
Thank-s

It is not with regard to myLot. When we referring to something, if the referred are not performed well, we will be blamed indirectly, through we are not the part of it. Sometime we may gain less, but we will not lose our good will and reputation. That is the advantage.
Thanks for your comments.
Thank-s

Hi there! I have actually no referrals, I earned by myself. But it is really true that earnings is just a bonus here, sharing and reading views and opinions is more important, coz it open our minds to different things and great ideas. There’s also a lot of great and friendly people here which can really make our stay meaningful and more fun. I can say that lucky are those who has active referrals. And for you, don’t worry coz I’m sure there is one of them who may not be so active, but won’t leave myLot forever. Have a nice day and always take good care of yourself.

I have 13 inactive referrals here and no matter how much I guided them, none of them have ever posted on here. I do have an somewhat active one and lucky for me he found me and yes I do communicate as much as I can. I also respond to all or almost all his discussions.
Most of my referrals sign up from my banners and or blog and as soon as I know they signed up I send a welcoming pm and tips on how to post on the site. I spend a lot of time doing this but to date none of it actually works.

Hello ms hardworkinggurl,
I have almost same numbers of referrals and its sad knowing some of them didn't get much time for mylot activities. Its good to know you still have one doing well though. And that constant communication their interest posting and participate. And that supposed everyone should do with their referrals.
Thank you for sharing your views and information what should be the proper way handling our referrals.

I do not have any referrals, but then I have not ask my friends personally to join mylot. I think doing so, would impact on the discussions because I sometimes go on controversial discussions. I do have a link on my emails, but do not know if they will join will see it. I think deliberately asking your friends to join, would make one decide that perhaps they do not go on a particular subject and what happens if you do not agree with a discussion, but your friends do? So you lie and say that you do. With me not knowing if the person who answers one of my posts and lives in my city is really someone I see every Sunday makes it easier to me to start and answer discussions.

I do not remember any active referrals. I admit I did not take care of my referrals when i was a beginner here in Mylot, but they can pm me if ever they do have question. I am the reason why they are not active here anymore.I did not guide them on how to earn and how Mylot goes when it comes to discussion. I am still open once they want to talk about earnings here in Mylot. Since they are not active, we do not have conversation.

We are fortunate to be part of mylot as we are paid for socializing while enjoying what we do. When one love to write and read, it will automatically attract like-minded people to join in the fray. Having referrals is an added advantage but it is not easy to recruit referrals that can produce good results. It takes a lot of patience to survive long in mylot. They are many who come and go and the same goes to people who are under our wings. At the end of the day we are back to the square one - a loner. I am always a loner here without the aid of referrals to reach payout but do enjoy the bond of friendships earned from mylotting.

I have had over a dozen referrals on here in the last three years. They were all excited in the beginning and ready to really go to town and be the very busiest and best. Never happened. They stayed on afew days, maybe weeks and then quit. They realized they actually had to work at it and lost interest. Good luck finding ones that stay and keep with it.

I have no upline and am an orphan here doing it on my own!I have a few referrals but none of them are active. They are responsible adults and also know what they can get here but for reasons best known to them they do not come and I have no intention to induce them or infuse enthusiasm in them. No one did that to me but here I am quite into myLot!

Good for you that you found active referrals. I got few referrals but then they are just active for few days then disappeared!
I don't know, they just don't want to stay too long in here and they find the site not that interesting, I guess. They liked more of facebook not mylot.... too bad! They don't want to earn in here...
