I've been hearing things about SEO and would want to learn more about it. Is it like blogging? or are you a content writers and would be given topics to write about? or is it just like affiliate marketing wherein you have to promote products then if people buy that product you'll have an income out of it? or is it a combination of all?

SEO is all about marketing of a web site or blog on search engines. In my view its basically a technique and a great fun to drive traffic on a blog or website through SEO. SEO experts analyze the keywords and promote the niche through keywords and this is the main source of traffic.
