is neobux a scam or not?

hello, im wondering if neobux is a scam. if its not then how much do i get paid per a survey.This is what i have heard- Neobux could be its best for now. Neobux is a PTC site which started years ago and it was considered as the very best PTC site ever. But lately, I found out that it became a decline to the Hall Of PTC Fame. It's giving $.001 instead of $.01

it's not a scam site, i've been paid out once by them but it takes realy long to get to the payout i would left this site if i was you cus after i got paid out i left it to cus it was going way to slow for me it's up to you to stay

im in neobux and im staying there. I think they offer a commendable earning system to their members. and if you have a good strategy as described by Original8 up there, you will surely earn in no time in neobux. XD enjoy earning!

It is an aurora site,and pays since 3 years,but with last changes from march this year is too hard to get payment...refferals are expensive,and i leave the site..it's so sad :(
