Do you think that there are alot of people that play the games on facebook that tend to pay for things to do with the games that they are playing.I know a person that has been buying these gems and he is forever saying that he has no cash, also he tried to tell his wife that he had only bought one lot of gems and that only cost £6, yet she found that on the same day he had paid £6 for one lot and £20 on another lot, she went mad, he also tried to deny it.

Wow joy, that's is terrible when someone pays to play.
I actually do know someone who is so addicted she plays all the time and spends a great deal playing on the site also. I tried to get her to stop by telling her to come here and earn here but no chance she is completely addicted and spends too much playing the same game you mentioned.
There are times she up way late playing the game that she gets to work late each day.

Well the friend that i was talking about in the last discussion that is what her husband has also been doing and those women that he was chatting up, i think were getting a few freebies off him.Perhaps he will stop spending all their money now on those gems that he was getting.I can not see why face book do not make it easier for people to earn their chips, rather than paying for them.

You are right that there are lots of games on the internet that are really good, that do not cost anything to play on.I think that there are alot of people, that spend alot of money that are on the internet, when there is really no need to part with even a penny.

Personally for me, this is definately one thing I could never do. Why pay for something like that? I know I have friends who have done this from time to time and it makes me wonder. I could never do it, as if I cannot get the things fast enough that I want or need I just try and wait for things to build up to that amount, and then just get them from there.

I would think that sometimes you get wrapped up in Facebook games and maybe he didn't realize he had bought that much. It happens. Sounds like the beginnings of an addiction. I hope it works out okay. They are sort of expensive for what they are and it could run up quite a bill.

Hi Joystick, This sounds new to me. I never use to spend money on FB games. And really feel it had addicted so much that we lose our time, money and our mind in FB games.

Hi! Today games are becoming more easier to find, years ago only teens was playing games, today have social flash games like facebook games and facebooks games are becoming more popular year by year. When you have a money that you want to spend in a game, is no problem for me, but when you are using money destinated for your home, family and other stuff is a big problem, whe need to control our money and mind. I used to play online games and spend money, but i only spend money that left for my bills and i never commited my family because of that.
Have a nice day!

my sister-in-law has an aunt whose only hobby is to play games in fb buying accessories mostly. and she is a spender when it comes to some of the games there. at first i was against the very idea of spending on something when you can still play games in fb for free. but she is past 60 already, very kind and very generous, very well-off, with grown up kids having their own families too and she is definitely having fun with her fb.
now i don't have the heart to criticize how she spends her money, because it's hers and she has plenty of it and she is very good natured in terms of helping out her relatives and friends. this is just one hobby she enjoys so much and she deserves to have fun.
but for the record, i don't have fb and if i have, i would play the free games not spend on the game. but that's just me. because i do have priorities still for where the money should be spent. if i have lots and no financial worries whatsoever, i wouldn't mind paying for things i could enjoy.

Hi joystick,
You raised a very good point. Social sites like Face book, Ibibo there are many games, some of which you can play on line and some you can buy them or in some game you have to buy coins either through your mobile or credit card. What is this? Is not it in a way hoodwinking?
My suggestion to all is that do not buy games from those sites. There are other companies too where you would get equally good stuff.

Wow..I don't really know anyone who pays money for games. but i think some people really do buy stuff, since they become addicted to the game and always want to level up. It's just insane- there are tons of free games out there, why don't they stick to that?

yes one time in bejeweled game they asked me if i wanted to buy some rare gems or something. but sure i didnt buy. i mean that is nothing really that you win. what matters if you have a gem in the game only? i agree if someone likes something online in a site and buys it sure but not something that you will never have. like those game gems. he is only wasting his money on that :( besides he should be honest with his wife

Hey Joystick,
thats really pathetic, even i play some of the FB games but spending ur real money on something unreal sounds Dumb.. those games r meant to kill the time if u r bored.. and not for making them a part of ur real world.. Its ok to have so much passion to win and be ahead in something bt that something should add a meaning to the life.. Instead of wasting money on such game and sending virtual help to a friend its better to buy a real gift for someone who who really matters in ur lyf..
so i totally agree upon the fact u discussed above and really such ppl need a psychiatrist..:)
