core values

I heard an inspirational coach saying that if you want to know your core values or the things that you value most in life, you just imagine your own funeral and ask yourself on what do you want your spouse and children say about you. Starting from there, you believe and focus on those values. If you want your family to say that you always have time for them, then give them much time that they need.Knowing your core values makes your life significant and you will less likely spend on things that do not have value at all.

That's a pretty neat trick. That's one think I'd be able to use since I really suck at values, principles, you know, christian living stuff. This is great to know, nice job.

You won't earn just by writing "Thanks for posting your comment." You have to at least keep it going. Newbie tip. Welcome to myLot.
