I guess on my dads family, their hair isn't healthy and I got it from my dad =( I'm only 20 and I have super thin fragile hair. I've tried a lot of products and even the expensive / cheap ones don't work well...
Do you have super thin, fragile hair? Any home remedies or suggestions on what products to use? I found that the expensive ones contain lots of chemicals and isn't very effective so I use cheaper standard ones like Suave, they work better but I want to produce more hair or make it more thicker. I even tried HORSE shampoo cause people claimed it to make your hair thicker.. and nope does not work.
Any suggestions??

I recommend that you use aloe vera. It's really good for the hair, and the scalp too.

A pleasant day to you Infatuatedbby,
Now a days, if you go the Salon, there are a lot of ways they will give you for a promising hair style however, since, this is part of the business, perhaps some of it will not be applicable to your hairtype. As different people does have a different hairtypes and hairstyles.
With reference to the above, maybe, we should be careful in buying all of those as the money we spend came from our hard-earned salary.
With regard to your query, I think, it will be best to still try what our Grandmothers do usually says, that is to use - the aloevera leaf - since this leaf give nutrients to the hair scalp. In addition, try to comb the hair before going to sleep as to remove tangles cause by dirt and pressures. With these, it will somehow help your hair to be healthy become a little thicker.

hi,
you can use fenugreek seed for this treatment,,,it really works. just soak 2 tea spoon seed in 1 cup water and leave over night, next morning apply the extract (only liquid part, leave the seed and through)on dry hairs and after half an hour wash with water only do not use shampoo same day, next day you can shampoo your hairs.this is a common INDIAN remedy

One thing you should look at is finding out if you are vitamin b12 deficient. Now this happens when you do get older, however there is proof that B 12 is a major key in strong roots in hair.

I have "breakable" hair and some that's coming out from the roots. o.o
I heard if you leave your hair in mayonnaise or vanilla yoghurt it'll
strengthen it. Then again egg has protein that can restore the proteins
in your hair too. Have I tried protein thing? Yes, but I ended up going
nuts on the bleach again then stopped then redyed my hair black (2 years
ago) and kept cutting it till it regrows thicker. Males got thicker hair
than some women coz they get their hair cut every other month or so. :)
Hope this helps... And for those who colored their hair or bleach it...
Please use this shampoo with pineapple scent called Dumb Blonde by Bed
Head. ^^

One needs to brush one's hair several times which is one way to improve hair growth. I recently found out that curry leaves should be cooked in coconut oil for about half an hour on slow fire,(half litre oil and three four handfuls of leaves) discard the leaves and use that oil before bath. I am using it once a week as I do not wash my hair everyday. It has helped me.

So far what practically works is use shampoo every other day but use conditioner every day. When you use shampoo dilute it in water and do not use it in its thick form.
This really works: Use coco milk on your hair or coco oil. Leave it on for 15 minutes as a sort of hot oil. One downside to this is that it can leave your hair slightly wavy.
Use aloe vera (sabila in Filipino) leaves. You get the sticky solution found within its leaves. Apply it on hair and leave it on there.

try rubbing into your scalp the inner jelly part of aloe vera leaves. also try applying coconut milk on you hair like when you do with conditioner, but let it sit for about an hour. better cover it with towel and plastic bag so it becomes warm. or try coconut oil i hope this helps :)
