Traffic exchanges and affilates

I am using a traffic exchange (EasyHits4U) and i would like to know about the myloters experience with those sites . Do you Sign up on sites you see surfing ? Or do you get affilates by promoting your sites ? Is it woth it or just a waste of time ? I surfed for three days now getting 100 hits to the site i promote each day but i have no sign ups so far .
