As i can see there are companies who look for only freshers rather than the experienced people or the candidates. I asked my friend who is working as Recruiter in MNC company, he told that for Freshers they won't demand high package of salary or payment but for Seniors means who have experience in that field they will demand their own package which company has to agree with them and if doesn't agree then again they will look for some other company. So better hiring Freshers and let them guide for the Internal Job Postings that is nothing but IJP in short form. Which gives opportunity for the employees within the company to get increment in their position or work. Then there won't be necessity for the compnay to hire for the Experienced candidates. Thats why they look for Freshers rather than Experienced one.

it'll be like going through trial and error of a company goes for a newbies rather than those with experience plus they would have to spend time and money to train those people not to mention the expenses for the mistakes that these people might do because of their inexperience. But if companies think that giving a low salary is better than having experienced people, we cant do anything about that. maybe just wish later on that we get our own company, then we can make the decision on who to hire.

Friend, company will think about the package about the experienced persons and if you compare that then they can hire at least two to three freshers and they can distribute that package equally for these two or three freshers. That is what the reason in the recession most of the time experienced professions will loose the jobs most.

It has pros and cons. Fresher hires has lesser work experience, you have to teach them from A to Z. But they are more aggressive especially with new projects. They are the ones too that could be easily taught of how to use new office equipments and computer software which could make our work easier. And of course, their fresher looks would be appropriate in front line works like cashiering or customer service. With older experienced workers, their past experience makes them easier to train and they have already established a system in doing their work which makes it more easier for them to do it. It really depends on the personality and attitude of the person you are hiring. It depends too if the work requires an aggressive or a dependable person to do it.

Nowadays nothing is impossible my dear friend. Think that there 15 freshers and there will a person who has experience and he is going to train that 15 freshers. Once the training is done then in that 15 freshers at least 2 or 3 will emerge as experienced candidates to them. So there is no need of hiring experienced guys for the Organization.

Yes. I am for this topic. My blog "Bankexams" (www.ravisivan.blogspot.com) guides those who are attending placement exams in banks and software companies. Software companies hire freshers -1) they need a large number of people with similar standards and hence they take from campus recruitments. 2) Young students are more flexible to suit the requirements of the companies-- the demands of the companies are manifold. Obviously cost incurred will be less towards payment of salaries. Experienced people are taken of course for higher cadres. have a good day

Yes Ravi you are right, most of the companies look for freshers rather than experienced one. Moreover freshers are really flexible than the experienced one because the experience guys will show too much of attitude but not the freshers.
