Why does HAMBURGER called Hambuger?

While I was staring at the wall last night before I went to sleep, I suddenly thought about hamburgers and I'm curious about why is it called hamburgers? what's your point of view?

lol I have wondered why they are called hamburgers before too! They are not pork, so the "ham" part doesn't make sense. :)
