How to remove black line from my nose?

There is dark black line in the middle of my nose. I tried with different creams and home made tips to get remove this line. Nothing worked out. I don't know what to do next. One of my friends told me that it is because of vitamin deficiency. But I am not sure. If it is because of vitamin deficiency what food I have to eat? Need to consult a dermatologist for this? I expect reply from you.

I strongly suggest you see a dermatologist if you've tried with creams and home made tips. Sometimes you can't use just any cream and you have to contact your doctor[a dermatologist in this case] as soon as possible. Hope you can remove the mark and feel better.
