Which you prepared heavy breakfast of just coffee?

Most of us are working from morning till afternoon or up to night, specially those husbands were going to work early in the day, means wake up early and preparing for work. In my case, working from 8AM to 6PM everyday, so I wakeup early in the morning prepare myself take a cup of coffee then go.. In the office I prepared instant oasts for my light breakfast. How about you? Are you prepared for heavy with rice, hum, break and fried egg or what? Or just cup of coffee is enoug then take a lunch at around 12PM... what is the ideal breakfast for you? see you around

I do take 3 chapatis with a glass of milk every day at 8:00Am because i usually take lunch at around 2: PM as there is longer time span therefore i prefer heavy breakfast every morning.
I think this is ideal for me as i cannot keep my self concentrated on work if my stomach is empty.

A cup of coffee will do for me to keep me alive till lunch time.

yes i am aware the bad effects of too much caffeine...but who cares anyway (haha)
coffee is good - coffee becomes bad when you add sugar and creamer
so...i drink coffee without sugar and creamer

I have coffee every morning too but with a slice of bread with butter on top then go. I do some preparations for an hour then have breakfast.

Normally, i will have a cup of cereal, some more it is a 3 in 1 cereal because i always lack of time to prepare my breakfast. Therefore, this is the easiest way for me. After that, if i feel hungry while waiting for the lunch, i will eat some biscuits or bread.

I never eat breakfast. I just hit the tea or coffee and then get on with my day's tasks. But then I'll never eat lunch either. I'll just snack on the go, while I'm still walking around, and there's no logic to what I eat...it could be fruit, or salad, or peanuts or peanut butter, or plain bread, or ham, or pâté, or crisps, or cheese, or salted tomatos, I'll just grab it and without sitting down eat it. I hate eating during the day. I survive on tea and coffee to keep my energy levels up or I just flag which I hate because I like to be busy. Then come the evening I'll finally sit down and eat before collapsing in front of a movie. It's a crazy way to exist I know. But it works for me.

Oh your schedule is so different that in the night is heavy I think even you did not mentioned but I assumed. Some said like that is un-suggested schedule and routine because of night will going to rest only. Better ideas is for the day you can eat in a normal way... anyway as you said you survide on that way... thanks for your sharing... see you around

Hi. visavis. In the mornings, I am usually not that hungry, so I will make me a cup of hot coffee, this should get me energized and ready to start my day. I am not too much an heavy eater during the mornings. If I do get hungry, I will probably grab an hot egg, cheese and sausage crossiant instead.

I would prefer heavy breakfast than a cup of coffee for breakfast. With the nature of my work, I really need to have a heavy meal. Sometimes after a heavy meal, I will also take a cup of coffee to combat my sleepiness...

i do take heavy breakfast in the morning before work. breakfast is the most important meal of the day so i cant skip that. besides, i need a lot of energy early in the morning. although the next time i eat would probably be after work which is normal dinnertime (i would think of it as a reward for a job well done). i drink coffee in between works, overtimes and when feeling drowsy because i lack sleep at night. i dont drink coffee much because it makes me nervous.

I usually wake up early to prepare heavy breakfast for my hubby and 2 growing boys. We all leave for work and school at 8am that means I need to prepare as early as the night before for our breakfast LOL. I always tell my kids to follow the inverted pyramid for food intake quantity: heavy breakfast, moderate lunch, light dinner. For breakfast, we eat rice, viand with eggs.

Naturally as a mother preparation of breakfast is the normal routine because you want your family in a healthy condition. But some of the family are prepared for just coffee and bread only.... so mother is so easy to prepare.. My wife always prepared heavy breakfast for my 2 children.... see you around

I can barely eat a proper breakfast since I need to leave home early to avoid getting stuck in traffic and be late for work. However, I try to eat some apples or pack myself some sandwich to boost my energy in the morning and eat it at my office.

Maybe I can be classified in the category of coffee maniac.
In a day I get up to 5 cups of coffee or more.
In the morning I usually just drink a cup of coffee instead of breakfast and continued with lunch.
Many people say it's not good for health, and I realized it, but the habit is very difficult for me to change, and until now I only eat breakfast cup of coffee.
By the way about coffee, so I want coffee.

Actually not only you in the first box of this dicussion our friend also called coffee addict, I mentioned to her that the normal number of cups of coffee inthe day but she said that's here own prerogative.. Like you habit and way is your own prerogative... take care and thanks

i would have a (not so) heavy breakfast. i wake up at 4am everyday just to cook breakfast and food for lunch.
i drink coffee. but it wouldn't be enough to last me till noon. so, i eat breakfast at home, then drink coffee (or hot choco) once in the office. i still get hungry by 11am though.

Well my schedule is I go for classes early in the morning and come back in afternoon. Basically I have very light breakfast in the morning like tea with some biscuits then in the break of late morning I eat some snacks like burger, sandwich and so on and the when I come in the afternoon I have my lunch go for sleep. When I have some important work I from morning till evening I carry a lunch box with me. It is very light with some fruits and fried vegetables.. So this is how I plan my day of breakfast and lunch.
