yoga for good health

it is an ancient method of body and brain exercise used in India for so long. me and my family too doing this for many years and benefited. interestingly it is beneficial in my illness like diabetes, arthritis, obesity, weight gain, weakness, skin problem, hair loss and many more,,, it is really amazing.

I agree yoga is very beneficial.When I do yoga it not only helps me lose weight or maintain my weight,but also improves my balance for other activities or needed in different types of workouts. Also my posture has improved since i've started to do yoga which is always a good thing.
