Once there was an owl living in a small vilage, whose voice was was very bad,and people was tired of him.He felt very disappointed and sad,and decided to move to another place. On his way to his new house in the forest,he met a dove, who was his friend. The dove asked,"Where are you going?" The owl told him,"I am going to another place, because all the people in the village hate my voice."The dove said,"If you can change your voice, there is no need for you to move at all. While if you can not change your voice,I'm afraid you will still hear the words that others hate your even if you move to other places." Actually,in our daily life, when we heard some uncomfortable words,we always say that someone is not freindly to us.However,if we think carefully,we may find that the real problems lie in ourselves. If we don't change our bad habits or acts,we may not feel happy, even if we change our surroundings. Do you have some similar stories which tell us some meaningful lessons? Share you wisdoms!

Although the moral of the story is so true, the story itself does have some problem. How can an owl change his voice? Indeed we need to look within ourselves to change, but we cannot deny what is our internal makeup. If I have to speak falsetto day in day out to please the world around me, I rather spend time typing in myLot than talk. Fortunately, I don't have such a problem....I hope I am not speaking too fast. If that happens, you will see I post more in here. If you want more similar stories with moral behind it, look no further than Aesop's Fables.

This is so inspiring. The point here is: people want talk bad or ill about you without a basis. So we must listen to criticisms and evaluate ourselves even if we think it is not true. Although it hurts, it will make us a better person.
