My boyfriend likes having textmates....:(

Hello fellow MyLotters!
I have a question. What will you do if your boyfriend is having text mates? Will you be hurt?Or jealous maybe?
You see, my boyfriend keeps on entertaining text mates (people you don't know who text you asking your name, etc..getting to know each other through text messaging) even if I asked him to stop it already because I don't like him doing it. For me, it's only for people looking for relationships. He insists he doesn't have text mates, only "friends in text." Duh. Also, text mates are just a waste of time and there was a time he texts his friend in text while where having a date. it's like so annoying!

I certainly agree if you are out on a date it would be annoying to have your BF texting someone else. Plus that's just rude.
Are you concerned he is talking to other girls?? I can appreciate that bothering you too because he is suppose to be with you, still, it could be harmless. Maybe you could ask him just to have guy textmates and see what happens. Wishing you all the best...

It may be harmless, as he assures me that, he just wants friends and that I should never think about negative things. Thanks for your comment!
