hello,
My boyfriend always shows say that he really loves me and one way he doing is by saying I love you all the time, every minute and every day, because I am not a showy person who like to express my love by saying those words so I wait for him to say it to me. And to my family I often say it because I am too shy to say it.

Everytime that I feel my heart is bursting of happiness, I tend to say I love you to my 1 and a half year old niece. I also say those words to my younger sister because I took care of her when I was still young. But I find difficulty expressing them to my friends, parents and relatives.

Yes indeed. If I will contain my feelings inside me, I usually suffer from heartburn. But I still do that when I have to keep my feelings to myself. But this is not too often though.

Every chance I get. See tomorrow is not promised to anyone therefore it is important to express our love to all and anyone we love as we not get a chance to do so tomorrow so no regrets later if we do not have the opportunity.

Everyday because we don't know when we are going to lose our love ones. Saying I love you and letting them know you love them makes me happy.

I only say I love you only if I really mean it but more than anything else, I try to show it everyday with random acts of kindness. I was told not long ago that love isn't an emotion. You love someone because you've seen something good in them. So try to return the goodness that person has given you. Pay it forward. Truly the world would be a better place with you in it.
