Should executives be allowed to form Unions?

As i am working as Senior executive in a MNC, i would like to say as yes there is a requirement of formation of Union in an Organization. There are so many rules and regulations in the company but if a Union is there then there will be easier for the company to take care of the individual executives problems. At least from the Union the executives can share their feelings and they will get help by raising the query to the Union.

Unions will not be encouraged in MNCs for the simple reason once union is formed the employees will become stronger and it will affect the company.
MNCs have rules which they will alter to suit the requirements. Name the person the rule will be told. In such organisations unions shall not be allowed to be started.
In your company one executive will not know what is the salary received by the other unlike government organisations everybody will be paid more or less equal and is known to others.
