So my husband and I got a babysitter and we went to lunch and a movie. We decided to see Priest. Usually my husband looks up the reviews and I dont know if he did or not. We go in, twenty dollars later for tickets. It shdlnt cost that much. We sit down, go through the previews and the movie starts. Probably 15 mins in Im thinking this movie is going to suck. I should have told him lets just go, but I gave it a chance. The best part of that movie was the end. Makes little sense. Its like they tried to do a western, with these alien like vampires, but have it in modern times. I have no clue what time era this movie was. I had modern technology in one part and people living in shacks wearing western gear in another part. Looks like it started in the middle ages in the beginning. I was confused. Than its almost as if they were just trying to crunch this story in, but didnt know how to take it. Actors in this movie I have seen in others did fine and this one it seemed like horrible acting. I dont know look like some kids got together and threw a movie together over the weekend. Needless to say when it was over we walked out way dissapointed. Especially since it ended with them sounding like they plan on making more. "The war is over!" Than the priest says." No, its just beginning." My head hung after hearing those lines. My husband was falling asleep during the movie and so was I. We dont get a lot of dates and so its dissapointing when you wasted two hours of it on a crappy movie.

its actually not so bad. the experience that is. one of the things i enjoy most both with my gf and my friends is a bad movie. You can talk about it and joke with ur friends a week or a month later about how messed up it all was and u'll actually laugh! take them all in good spirit :)
