Do you sometimes feel you are insignificant? It's like everything you do doesn't count to anybody. Doesn't have meaning. Inferiority complex as they call it!
You can't get a job 'cause you're to timid or shy because you think you're not better than the other, but in reality you're too good for the job.

I used too. But i realised that for a guy, self confidence is really attractive, and that when i see shy guys i think they are losers, no offense.
Anyway everything is in the mind, we are only timid/shy because we think we are.

I feel insignificant every time I am at fault and am compared to someone with a different way of dealing with things. I guess it's a disadvantage to us who are shy because people prefer those who have outgoing personalities despite the abilities.

Well yeah, in the grand scheme of things I kind of am. I mean, compared to the grand scheme of the universe, where there are countless people out there, I am really just a speck of dust on that fabric. I am really no more noticeable than most people out there. I just live my life to the best of my abilities and whatever I do, is what I do and whatever I need to accomplish, is what I accomplish. I just tend to do the best that I can to live my life and if its appreciated by someone, then good for me, but I'm certainly not going to lose any sleep.
Still there are times where I feel like I'm just a tool for someone else in my day to day life. Granted, I'm not looking for a ticker tape parade where my accomplishments are shouted far and why, but a little pat on the back. It kind of really makes you feel lower than low, lower than insignificant in many ways. I'm not selfish but there are sometimes where I feel like I get all of the blame and everyone else takes the credit. I think that would make anyone a bit jaded, wouldn't you think?

Sometimes I feel others are not interested in what I think. I cannot always share my opinions with others if I see they are not important for them. So I have to accept a fact and not to worry if possible. Sometimes I lack self-confidence, and it seems my words are not convincing. I should doubt less.
