Do you think a single dad makes a good parent?

I am a single dad with two awesome kids! I have a 14 year old daughter and an 11 year old son. I have to play the role of mother and father and sometimes get very frustrated but would not give it up for the world. I was just wondering what everyone thinks of this and if maybe up for discussion of actually who is the better parent, the man or the woman?
