How do you feel when you are inside a motor car speeding up ahead hastily driven by your relative or friend. As for me I get down to my nerves and fancy the happening of a fatal accident. After all why must one prefer to speed very much to reach one's destination. Wouldn't haste turn out things worse.

What i think is funny is when that same person who squeeles their tire and speeds past you to hurry up and get somewhere met you again at the same red light. And you can laugh because you know they wasted a lot of gas acting like a idiot driver. By gunning on the gas.

I hate it when people do that. It makes me a nervous wreck too. I will not ride with someone ever again if they speed like that.

Usually the only person I ride with is my husband and he does not speed. That wastes gas. I get nervous to ride with my dad. He was always a scary driver and as he has gotten older it is worse.

I guess it depends on the road conditions and stuff - I try to not speed, but I have found myself driving well over the speed limit because the car was driving so nice I didn't realize it. I actually enjoy the feeling of speed, the pressure of the acceleration into the seat and the way the car handles. Since I'm normally the driver its been a while since I've driven with anyone who I felt was going faster than I was comfortable with.

Sorry sukumar, but I am a speed "phreaque" -- I don't understand the logic behind speed limits. What I don't like though, are drivers going right up close behind other cars when they are moving fast. That poses a greater risk of injury, I think than speed alone.

My husband is the one who drives me around most of the time and with him I feel extremely safe because he is an excellent driver. My brother in law, on the other hand, is terrifying with the way he drives! I’ve been in the car with him, have not been able to relax and held on to the seat tightly all the way with a huge knot in my chest! It has gotten so bad that I will not allow him to drive my daughter anywhere. I pray he changes his dangerous speeding ways because he has a child of his own that he drives around; irresponsible fool!

i can't stand it at all!it may seem rather exciting to someone but to me i'll ask for slowing down or i'll get off the car at once.after all, there is nothing more important than safety.no matter how exciting it is,we shall never go for it at the expense of risking our lives.anyway, better safe than sorry.
