Corn Pudding?

There are several types of corn, corn on the cob, cream style corn, whole kernal corn, yellow corn, white corn but I don't get I heard something on the television as I was passing by the other day and heard someone say something about corn pudding, L.O.L. What is that? Anyone know? Is there such a thing? Is it any good?

I hate these recipe sites! They don't tell you how to make anything - just what cans to buy. Do Americans make ANY food from scratch? 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix WTF is that? It's one of the ingredients for making corn pudding! Thank God American food isn't popular!

my you are outspoken about us Americans. lol I have made plenty of things from scratch and from various mixes too and so what. we are supposed to not do what you just did, diss America.I am sure that whatever country you come from has its faults too besides all its good points. you forget this is a world wide discussion group where we all have a right to post and discuss but its nice if we do not take nasty pot shots at each other.

Many of us are used to either making something totally from scratch or in combination with something that is pre-made. Sometimes we do thing ala box because of the convenience, the cost, and that may of been how our Mother had made certain things.

I have never ate corn pudding before, but it does look delicious. Here are a few links that explain more about corn pudding. I've never heard of corn pudding before, I love foods made from corn so I would definitely love to try it. I've had corn ice cream before and it was amazing. If corn pudding tastes anything like the ice cream then it will definitely become another fav for me.
