How does someone become a motivational speaker?

Hey guys, I'm curious as to exactly what path one takes to become a motivational speaker? I'm a bit young, but I feel as though I have good advice to share and that I can help people with their problems. Thanks!

Make sure that you speak from your heart. You should have the passion to help people and to move them to a higher level. You should speak with dynamism. My advice could be limited, but I hope that helped. There is still much to learn.
