There are so many people and different websites/blogs around the world that it would be impossible for the feds to read all of our thoughts and ideas on the internet!

LOL. I think the FBI and CIA do monitor the web to an extent, but they don't look into anything they think will not lead to something illegal. I doubt they have the time (or man power) to read everything on the web.
