Well, to own a property you could use as a Business venture, or to be able to rent out, etc. I would say remains to be everyone's dream. So many times we have to struggle wishing there was always way to do or earn more, but most of the time this remains far beyond our reach. I know though if $$ was no object I would have more of a Business, and I would buy the house across from us, and fix it up more, and rent it out, etc.

I mean I post here simply exchange ideas, increase knowledge with other friends. We are very sorry if the post I was impressed as patronizing, but I mean here simply exchange ideas. Maybe from here there are friends who have information that more than I have. I only understand the theory of business, it does not mean my business is good. Share the information it needs friends. If you mind, I'm sorry. I do not mean to deny all of opinion that exists because it is the freedom of expression. Here I complement the knowledge that I think masi less. Thank you for the criticism of friends. Have a nice day

Wow good plan, I also would think the same if so you. If I have more funds I will buy land and create a rented house or can I rented to someone else. Of course with no small amount of capital, also called investment. But we can take the wisdom or the benefits later on. Good comment!
Until now, whatever business you are live? Do you want to share the information with me?

Buying costly property is not advisable, especially if you do not have your funds. Look for properties in the outskirts (provided you can look after it) or in your home town. Taking a loan is necessary. But ensure it is only from banks and not from any individual. All the best.

Yes I do. But believe me, it depends upon age and stage of your life. If you are young, you are more likely to spend most of your time at the office progressing in your career, and at that point of time, you wouldnt really be as concerned about your property as you would when you grow older. You do need something nice all around at retirement.

Yupp, before we decide to buy a property we shall see that there are some advantages as a material consideration such as: terms of access (roads, security, facilities, etc), prices, specifications until the site level (strategic or not). If we have sufficient capital cash is certainly better but if we lack capital should at least be holding a third party, in this case the bank. I agree with your opinion. Do you have previous experience buying and selling property around? Can you share the experience with me?

Starting a business does not have to wait when we are old age. I want to be successful when young with a wide range of business, do not need a big department, but enough is who are less fortunate in finding a job, create new jobs and dapan helping others in need. I do not want things to be late, I do not want the old days later I was still toiling to make ends meet. Old age is a time of happiness, does not need to bother with things that are complicated. Maybe you can share your experiences to my youth. I want to become a successful young executive.

I agree with you that property business can be very rewarding. It depends on which sector you are interested in, property management or property development. Properties are hot business as people need roofs over their heads and is a continuous business if well executed. The demand is always there.

Dear friend,
I feel the money is something that has great role in business, and handling it and making it double and double is a talent. Business property is something that is valued with money and to handle it well is another talent. Moreover some basic things business have great part in giving better results.

Hello my friend,
Yupp, you are correct. Money plays an important in business, namely as a business capital. If we do not have enough capital I think it unlikely we will be able to start a business. Simply in this case in accordance with needs. We will also be involved in all operational activities commonly known as management. Everything at the start of capital-budget-plan-operational (management). Everything is not easy because it requires a mature plan. I personally have had a small food stall, his initial run and then I learned a complete tapering what factors lacking in this business through, learn from the entrepreneurs that are in line with me. Apparently it is not easy folks. All need a process and the process takes time. What about your own experience? Have you ever experienced something similar?

What is the reason you are interested in the stock market? Why do not you try marketiva or another program that is not too big investment, just for your learning media. If you already established you can switch to a big investment. I have been investing in Monex. You can find information via the internet. High risk high return.... If you are not sure you can consult with some broker reliable. Have a nice day

according to Robert Kiyosaki, you should look for foreclosed properties because that would be less expensive the ones being sold in the regular market. but this needs a lot of money. you can get a loan from the bank if you have good standing.

Thanks for the information. I will try to find information on foreclosed properties. In this case the link is absolutely in control for all its so much easier. What I did not know about the loan at the bank, it is definitely using the guarantee. Have you ever experienced it?

I always wanted to manage some sort of property. I still think it would be ideal to purchase a duplex and live in half of it and the rent from the other half would pay for the property. But I never had enough money or assetts to even think about doing such a venture!

Actually, nobody has enough. It does seem daunting to almost everybody. Taking a bank loan is a must. It means saving for a couple of years (4 or so), and generating supplementary income from part of these savings and using the rest for downpayment. Agreed that what you have in your mind is perfect. But you can always start small, and later on sell it and transfer the monies into the home of your dreams. All the best.

Actually every human being has the skill (its nature potentially) just most people do not know. Businesses do not have to be started in bulk, it's good to start from a small, stable and routine. Having several small businesses in the united result of simply not tolerable? So why do you have to fear? Above all the intention and willingness to go forward, no need to wait for our parents or when they retire. If you are experiencing difficulties in your capital can be borrowed via a bank. Let's business...

I agree with you Vandana, all starting from the small, stable and routine. If we lack the capital why not hold a third party in this case the bank. Where there's a will there is a way... Have a nice day

Business property? This term including many stuff, from the pen you are using to write invoice to the piece of paper you use to print out any document related to your business operation. So, it is hard to define the boundary of it. The most tangible business property we are concern about is the machinery, and the real estate of your business. Other than that, will be the stationary and furnitures stuff. The intangible of it will be licenses you applied.

Yupp, you are correct. I think all businesses have the x factor is the weakness or deficiency. There is a reason then there are consequences. All of them live how we react to it. Businesses do not need in bulk, small and gradual as long as the routine will not be a problem. How do we manage it, and then allocate funds appropriately targeted. Did you ever start a business? Do you want to share the information with me?

If you mean real property than I think you are right because real property always appreciates in value and it will be a good investment. However, you are talking huge money, meaning you cannot buy a property worth 50 000 now in our time. One good thing to do is to gather some good friend of yours and let them invest in your property by contributing some moeny towards the pruchase and you later repay them with interest.

Yupp, just like we can do it too. I prefer to start a business from the small, stable and routine. If my lack of funds I can invite third parties to cooperative banks in this regard. I have more confidence with the bank because it has strong legal. Different things when we invite the cooperation of his friends would have different results. Have a nice day
