What is KERNING?

In typography, kerning refers to adjusting the space between characters, especially by placing two characters closer together than normal. Kerning makes certain combinations of letters, such as WA, MW, TA, and VA, look better.
Only the most sophisticated word processors and desktop publishing systems perform kerning. Normally, you can activate or deactivate kerning for particular fonts.
So how does a 1961 document from Hawaaii contain kerning?

This is going to be the shortest post I have ever done I think in this whole interest but anyway to the point. The Long Form Birth Certificate isn't the exact copy of the one from 1961 no where on there does it state that it was created or is the Original. It is a Certified copy which would mean that it contains the same information that the Official one that is on file from 1961 has on it. So as the video says and also assumes that this is the Orginal which show just how little this person seems to know. The Original is still with the State of Hawaii. This should be evident from the fact that the BC that he shows as the comparative to Obama's has a brownish tone to it which comes from when paper is exposed to Oxygen and Unless Hawaii was keeping Obama's Original Long form in a air tight bag or some other form of wrapping that kept Oxygen from getting to it guess what the Long Form He has is a recreation of his Original Which as been posted on here many times Hawaii would be allowed to do under current State Laws. And as long as the Information was kept the same it wouldn't be a Fake or Fraudulent.
PS. I know that I will be ignored because reason is something people seem to not want to here anymore. I shudder to think of the day when you are Guilty till proven innocent. Which if we continue on this rate we might just see in the United States.

What I recall hearing is that it was a scanned image of a copy.
About that American citizen...should we capture him and let him loose on our streets? I KNOW we can't try him here, or at least that's what was said about KSM because of the expense and security risks.

I am doing pretty good.
No, I have not read his book, have been busier than I have been in a very long time and see no letup in the near future.
As to Congress, my anser is no, they qwill do nothing. I lost all faithn in Congress with the exception of a very select few individuals who I am watching closely. As to the rest, they should be tried for treason.
Well, gotta go... more busy stuffs...

It makes you wonder if they didn't include some of these inconsistencies just to keep the controversy going? I can't help but think that, no matter what the truth really is, that all of this is just smoke and mirrors designed to keep us distracted and to direct attention away from the agenda being implemented in Washington.
No one has ever asked Obama why he did not just bring out the copy of his long form BC that he has in his possession according to page 26 of the book Dreams From My Father. Seems it would be simpler to do that than to request photocopied and certified copies from Hawaii. Although, depending on what that BC said when he had it at his grandmother's house back in the 70s, there is a possibility that it no longer exists and not because it was lost.
