playing piano has been my passion in life, and thank God because He has given me a chance to minister Him through that. i am now a pianist in one Christian Church here in the Philippines. Also, i play guitar when i need some solitude. drums is not my passion neither bass soloist, but to play violin is also a dream to me. how about you there? which instrument do you prefer?

It is good that you give God the credit. I wish I knew how to play the piano to but when I was young one teacher told me that my fingers wasn't long enough to learn the piano. So I gave up on that dream. Good that you are in a church playing the piano for all the people. God has blessed you my friend.

thanks. but i guess nothing is possible to those who believe they can do things they wanted to do. don't be distracted to that thought. i too don't have long fingers but it doesn't necessary if you have the desire. it's a matter how you handle playing with it. keep going on.

yeah! God is really awesome! actually, i learned by just self study. looking at in the internet, searching on my own, ans asking tips to those who are in professional. you can do that too. but, being taught by a professional will be of great help to your fast learning. Godbless!

Thanks. I am pretty good at things I really want to do. God gave me a brain and I can usually learn what ever I set my mind too. But that teacher was when I was a small child and just lost interest. Maybe one day I will buy a piano and play around with it and teach myself. Thank God for the internet so we can look up anything that we want to know.

I try as many as I can get my hands on- piano,violin,flute,guitar,ukulele..
but I love piano the most :)
i also play for my church! and you should def. try violin if you like it so much. Finding a good violin for cheap is hard but you don't have to start out with such an expensive violin. Buy something from ebay and get to work! :)

it's still rare for common people to have one. haha! i too don't have any chances of playing it but maybe someday i found that moment to learn it. by now, i'm focus on upgrading my skills in mastering the piano! you can try an alternative instrument such as guitar if you want too since they have common. :)

Well I would love to learn all instruments. Specially the violin because it sounds like a melodic weeping. But sadly I don't think music love me that much. I know a bit of guitar though.

Hi! We share the same thing. I also play the piano and indeed we should be thankful to God for this talent he gave us. Playing the piano makes me relax specially in times of stress and problems. It helps me think even while listening to its music. Too bad I do not have a piano at home. I hope I can buy a grand piano in the future.weee

I play a tiny bit of piano, flute, and violin. I love my violin personally. I like the different textures of sounds I can create, something that I can't really imitate on any other instrument (seeing as I don't play any other string instrument). It's unique, and it's me.
