everyone like to be called that they are beautiful, some people go one step ahead to do some surgeries to make them look beautiful,
my question here is the way we look or appear is decided by the almighty He only created us in the way we are now, modifying the look granted by god for our will, is it not considered going against Him?
what religions say about this?

I know that I Corinthians 3 says to not abuse or destroy yourself, seeing you are a temple of God. I do not think fixing up can be considered abuse or destruction.
And I do not think we look exactly like God intended. Your appearance is determined by the foods your parents eat during your gestation and foods you eat thereafter. The fact that you came out of your mother naked does not mean you go about naked, does it?
Therefore, if one decides of his or her free will to put on lipstick, or comb hair, or tuck here or there, I see no problem with that: Some fixing up are good.

What a strange question. However it does show the sort of nonsense questions that this religion idea can bring up. There is no "god" who it going to be the slightest bit interested about anybody having plastic surgery. Of course had plastic surgery been available two or three thousand years ago no doubt some Isrealite priest would have written down that it was some sort of sin but that is what they did. Than of course having had it you could go and ask for forgivness and got it for a fee

You're not going against God. This does bring up others lessons and issues for consideration. Vanity, Honesty, and how about being shallow and judgmental? Learning lessons in life regardless of what one chooses and goes through, will never be going against God. After all, Life is the education of God's children.
