Advise me how to get my concentration?

Tell me about it. I can't get mind concentrate today, the whole afternoon, I can fully aware what is going on outside of my room, and I hear the bird chirping, and the noises outside. I can't get my mind working at the moment, I need some mind trainer to train me on concentration.

Concentration is hard. Really hard. I deal with it two ways. The first way, if I know the person, I turn around look them in the eyes, and blow them a kiss, then say, "I'm know you think I'm pretty, but I really need to be concentrating on this." Then wink, and turn away. However, if I don't know the person, I still look at them and say, "I'm sorry do you find me interested or something? I don't mean to be rude, but I really don't like you watching me, it makes me feel uneasy." Then go back doing what you're doing. That's how I probably handle it.
