A 28 year old lady married to a 72 year old guy? what do you think about this?

That a very lucky groom. I won't comment anything. But I must accept I'am very jealous him.

Admittedly that's the first thing I wonder. He might not necessarily be super rich, but I wonder if the woman just wants a source of financial security. Or security for her family and home life. I don't know. I don't feel I have much right to judge people that I don't know, with motives I haven't been acquainted with. Maybe they're really "in love" which sounds totally weird to me, but I'm not everybody.

This is happening frequently. Especially , Monaco -my neighbouring country - the rich and the beautiful meets. Woman "hook" older man just for money sake ! This is very clear and very obvious. This type of woman will definitely have big plans "behind their head" ! She knows he will leave this world first ,thus leaving all his assets to her. And when she is a wealthy widow , she will find equal status younger rich man. So now BOTH are equal.....ha...ha..ha and live like a princess.

Maybe she is the type of lady who likes to look after people. She would have him to nurse and fuss over.

That happens sometimes where I live. The man is usually well known and he likes a young thing by his side. Makes him think that he is still hot but he isn't. The wife usually has a boyfriend around the corner that th husband knows nothing about. Sad really but it happens It is usually about power and money. The man is buying her and she is after his money. What do they have to talk about? Nothing

As it is well-known, love is blind. There is a girl aged 22 who stayed in my friend's village who willing to marry a guy aged nearly 50, just because he always support her studies expenses. After she graduate, she didn't want to marry her boyfriend. But she go and marry that old guy because she felt in-debt to him. That's why, love can makes a person go blind as love story always tell...

Love might not be the only reason people get married. In this case when the man is not filthy rich yet this young lady offered to be his bride probably because she is deprived of a father's love and chose an old man to fill the void in her life.

There are many reasons out there why that girl is marrying the guy. It could be financial gain, it could be emotional gain, or perhaps it's the way he treats her. Perhaps she's tired of the young men who just go about raising women's skirts. Perhaps she missed a father figure in her life thus preferring old guys. Perhaps she wants to be taken out of her present situation - poverty. For whatever reason there might be, only she knows. Is it fair that we judge her in this predicament? I don't think so. But can we help it? I think as long as you do something that is far from what is acceptable in society, there will be a lot of whispers around. But as long as you can take the rumors and talks and still feel happy with you life, then nobody can do anything about it. All in all, it's your life. Whatever you do to it, that is your choice. Just remember that there are equivalent counter actions to the actions you do.

Do you know the girl personally? Maybe the girl had never time to meet and spend with his father. With that situation, there would be a psychological affectation on the girl so she finds older men more attractive and for a double purpose, she'll get a love of a father and love of a partner. ^_^

Well,it's her choice and she uses her brain. It's hard to judge someone who this thing-she really has a good reason,and we can not judge her. I am 40 and i can also marry this old rich guy.

Well I guess it depends on the people. I'd have to know them to be the judge.. Of course the first thing you think of is if the guy has a lot of money or not. I know it's rude to assume, but why WOULD a young girl want to marry someone who is so much older. I myself probably wouldn't get into a relationship like that because I'd know I wouldn't be with them long.. Because they wouldn't be around long enough.

It's obvious that the girl only wants the old guy's money and properties,I refuse to believe there can be feelings between a young person and someone who can be her grandfather.Anyway,I guess everyone will be pleased in the end:the old man will die happy,possibly after a very hot night with the young woman,and she will go on with her life having her financial wealth secure.

I think there is nothing wrong in their decision. marriage is not only because of physical attraction. If they really like and love truly each other. they will enjoy married life till they have. what is wrong in this. Love is not based on age, financial position etc.

In this Day and Age that age Gap in Marriage isn't that Uncommon. Acting Legend Cary Grant Married Dyan Cannon and their was a Big Age Gap. Rocker Ron Wood of the Rolling Stones Married a much Younger Woman Woman to. They Love each other and their Both Healthy. Why not get Married. Unless it is for Money

Well,generally speaking, we may think the girl marry the old man for money, but if he got nothing at all, then it will be strange to us. Maybe it is love that make them together, well, i can't understand such things, but it does exist. Because i have read a news about a similar thing: a young man married to an old lady. They are all not rich.

Yeah, I would say that money would have to be the reason, I myself don't know what I'd have in common with a man that was 44 yrs older than me. I don't think it would be for other reasons, I don't think he'd be able to keep up with a 28 yr old, if you know what I mean..haha.

Hi Bebs!It is quite hard to believe that a young lady would take a 72 year old guy for a husband if not for monetary consideration. Of course there could be some rare cases of true love. Maybe the girl wants a father figure or should I say a grandfather figure in her life so she fell in love with an old man. But that is very rare as I said. In most cases,it is the desire to be financially secured. When the old man die anyway in 5 or even 10 years, she could still find a real man of her dream. But too bad for her if the old man lives till a hundred, ha!ha!ha! by that time she would be just two years short to her senior years and then the table will turn. A young man would then marry her for the money she inherited from her husband.I would say then that... history has a way of repeating itself! Ha!ha!ha!

So shocking!I am not sure also what made the girl agree to marry this old folk, but whatever the reason hopefully it will do good to both of them. Hope there's no other malicious or hidden reason behind. But it is very shocking. I don't know..hehe!

I would not ask any question, rather I would pray to almighty God to have pity on that lady.

Well, it might be so but it might not be so...some might really be in love with the man that's why she marries him...we can't really generalize all situations because not everything are the same...
