Cant connect to Wireless Network!! Help Plz

Hey Guys,
I have a DSL Modem and I have 2 laptops (1 is my private laptop and the second is my brothers). So, both laptops connect easily with the wifi but sometimes my laptop doesnt connect and it says "Unable To Connect To Default"(Deault is my Wireless Network name). When I troubleshoot network problems it says there is a problem with access point and it was unable to fix it.. Where as, my brothers laptop connects just fine even if my laptop isnt connecting.. At first I thought it was my wireless adapter or driver but mylaptop connects just fine to all the networks except my own..
But, I somehow found out that it's my brother who makes my laptop unable to connect. He doesnt even touch my laptop so it's not possible that my network profile or something has been tampered..My guess is that he does something to the access point which allows only him to connect.
Any help will be appreciated..
P.S. Me and my brother dont talk to each other so I cant even ask him about it..

Yea, it worked.. I thought that it was a feature for only MAC OS and i never thought of looking into it.. So, today i tried to enable it and i got locked out and it was acting exactly like when my brother locks me out. So, now i added my MAC Address to it..
