Reviewstream is a site which pay $1.50 for every high-quality review and 30 cents if your review is low quality. The minimum payout is $30. At first, it may seem that it's hard to reach minimum payout in this site but actually this site is the highest paying site I've ever joined. Seriously, I earned more than $200 from writing in this site but now they banned me! They're very strict with their rules and I admit I cheated on their voting system. That's why they banned my account! And now I don't know what to do, I feel so depressed because I don't know any other site where I can earn easily like in Reviewstream. I loved Reviewstream. I miss working for them.

Oh! That's disappointing.
I've never really understood the voting system, to be honest, so I've mostly ignored it.
I, too, have earned more than $200 from writing for them. While the rate of pay isn't that good, at least it's pretty consistent.

Hi mtrguanlao!
I think individual experiences vary. Some people make lots of money, while others have trouble getting reviews accepted. It doesn't seem to be very consistent, so I'm not sure. I've mostly had positive experiences - I've been paid many times, had very few reviews rejected, and find the site quite easy to work with. You don't really lose anything by trying it out.
One thing is that a lot of reviews only get accepted at bulk rate, which is 0.30.
Thanks autumndreamer!
I've noticed that I get a vote if I answer people's questions, but I don't always answer the questions because, well, sometimes it seems like people are asking things about the books that sound like school assignments - sort of like I should do their homework for them. So I stopped answering the questions. I guess I could go through and answer them to get the votes...
Thanks for explaining. I wonder how many people have actually goteen enough votes to be paid?

Hi cutepenguin! I also didn't understand that voting system before! But I've learned that they pay $5 for every 50 votes. They say that they pay 10 cents for every vote, right? So that means you'll need 50 votes to reach $5 which is the minimum payout for the voting system. That's why I voted on my own 20 reviews. I planned to vote on my own reviews until they all reach 50 votes so that Ill get $100 for voting on my 20 reviews. But of course you're not allowed to vote on your own review and that's how they banned me because they caught me! Anyway, I hope the voting system is now clear to you. Have a nice day.

Hi, they didn't buy your reviews when you submitted? I suggest you to edit your review and make it 300 words long and they'll buy it. They usually don't accept reviews with less than 200 or 300 words so I suggest you to write longer. After writing more reviews for them, you will get the hang of it.

Yes. Thanks for your nice reply. I also think that other people who claim that Reviewstream is a scam were just bitter and hurt because they failed at Reviewstream. Anyway, I am still thankful for Reviewstream because even when they banned me, they still sent me my remaining earnings even though the amount hasn't reached the minimum payout. I thought they won't send me my last earnings but they did along with the note that says they're not interested in cooperating with me anymore. I was hurt! But I was still thankful for many months that I've worked with them.

I'm sorry! They stopped accepting my articles so I stopped writing articles for them. The link for my articles is still on my profile if you are interested in helping me out and voting for them. It would be greatly appreciated :) You could try out squidoo though? It's another website where you write articles and get paid. It's not the same as review stream but you still get some money in the end.

Hi! Thanks for your reply! And thanks for your recommendation. It's actually a bit hard for me to adjust to new writing sites. I felt lost. Anyway, I've heard a lot about Squidoo before. I'll check it out. Thanks. Have a nice day!

Review stream is a scam. You will work for them for months to earn money then if you will request for your payout, they will say you cheated. So if you're planning or currently writing reviews for review stream, I suggest to quit it. It will only end up with tears and bloodshed.:(

No it's not a scam! I already reached their payout for many times. I got banned because I know I really cheated. I tried to manipulate their voting system that's why they banned me and if even if they banned me, they still sent my remaining earnings to me. They always send me my earnings at the right time. Maybe you're just saying that because you failed in Reviewstream.

Hi! Thanks for your quick reply! I really appreciate your concern! They pay through paypal. I just did that right now, I tried to use a different name and email address and also send them my first review, and it worked! I thought they'll also ban my IP adress. Though I think it will be a little bit harder since I have to use a new and different paypal account now, because I can't use my old paypal which I used in my old account which was now banned.

Its not yet the end of the world, cheers...find some other sites where you can earn money. Take this as one of your great experience and learn from its lesson. Sometimes we must first fail in order to succeed, so head-ups and try other sites!

Hi! Thanks for an inspirational reply. Today, I felt like I succeeded first and then I failed. Haha. I'm already earning a good amount of money from them and then suddenly I'm banned. But still thanks for cheering me up. I also felt that this is a new opportunity for me that will lead me to a better paying site.

Hi there!
It's my first time to hear about that site, quite interesting!
Sad about what happened but now that you're back there(read you reply to your respondent, hehe),don't do some mistakes anymore. Now you know what is right.
Plagiarism is really a big NO in writing reviews or articles.
Enjoy your new account with them and enjoy it!

Hi! thanks for your reply!
I am actually hesitating about writing there again because I have to use a different Paypal account now. I didn't plagiarize! Haha! I just cheated on their voting system. They have a system that every vote pays, like if I got 50 votes for one of my reviews, I'll get $5. But I cheated on that, I voted on my own reviews! Haha. So that's how I got banned. I'll never plagiarize. LOL.

Hi! Thanks for a very quick reply! Yeah, I thought I wasn't going to get caught but then I did. They were very strict with their rules and I thought they'll give me second chances but they didn't. So yeah, I've learned now. But I still feel so sad.
