It has been ages since an Englishman won any Grand slam... England had its hopes pinned on Tim Henman for a long time. But, the best he could do was get to Semis. There was always some one better than him. Now the English have their hopes pinned on Andy Murray. I must say he has done way better than Tm Henman. But can he go the final step and close the deal...!!!! There is no doubt that Murray is talented. But when it comes to facing the big guns like Federer and Nadal, will Murray choke? Some times people say that it is all matter of winning the first one. But then, he has to win the first one....!!!! So the question remains... Can he survive the unrelenting Rafael Nadal and be the last man standing in this clay court battle???? Lets wait and see...!!! Share your views... Balu

It will be a very hard match for Murray, i think he needs to up his game and get himself properly prepared for Rafael Nadal and adapt to his style of play and try to counter it, Nadal has pace and accuracy to punish Murray, so Murray will need to be inventive and take down Nadal cleverly. Even if he does win he has another hard task against the greats Federer and Djokovic. It too early to tell but he has a uphill task to do.

i think murrey come out later in realtion to his talent but i always be surprised that he never won wimbledon i think next season he can win considering that in last part of this season won us open so it started to be convicted that even in grand slam final he can win against great champion too!!

Update folks! Andy Murray did win his first grandslam! Who would expect it would be in the US Open? Now that he has his first, I bet he would have his second and so on. I think he's in a roll right now and started the year 2013 with another tournament win. Who knows what's next?
